At Elegant & Co., we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we do provide an exchange facility for eligible products.

Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange within 3 business days of receiving your order if:

• You received a damaged or defective product.
• You received the wrong item.
• The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
• You have a valid order confirmation or proof of purchase.
